Scheduled service took much longer than estimated I took our new Outback in to have wheel arches installed on a Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018. When we scheduled the service two weeks prior, they said it would take about 30 minutes to complete. When checking in, they said it'd be closer to an hour twenty minutes, which ended up being an hour forty minutes. Waiting area was nice, staff knowledgeable and friendly, but didn't expect to waste a an entire Saturday morning at the dealer. More

Did not win me over I was not impressed with the level of service. They left a lunch punch card in my car, if they were going to take it to lunch, I'd like a car wash or I was not impressed with the level of service. Recommended thousands in maintenance but not to fix an obvious coolant leak or clear my TPMS sensor. Will be taking work elsewhere. More
