I was taken care of in a reasonable time, the paperwork was explained and I was taken to the customer waiting area where there were beverages and cookies. From the number of people waiting, I knew it was very busy, but I didn't feel the time I waited was unreasonable. My car was returned to me sparkling clean. The only negative I have about this service center is that it was extremely difficult to reach someone on the phone. I didn't keep track of how many times I called or left messages, but it was rather frustrating until I reached a supervisor who made sure things were taken care of. More
