Tony was personable, knowledgeable, worked well with his team of co-workers (managers, financing folks, service shop) and made sure that we got what we wanted in a timely and efficient way. More

Good service, wrong expectations The team is knowledgeable and competent, but we had consistent issues with the time expectations they set for work. We were told that it would take 2-3 days to get a tire that ended up taking 7. We were told it'd take 30-45 minutes to install and it took 1h 20m. I manage a customer service team and I get that customers hate to hear that things are going to take time and certain industries tend to get on customer's nerves faster than others. But customers hate missed expectations even more. Aside from that, both guys were worked with were very pleasant to work with and we'll continue to use them in the future. More

I actually recently moved to a place where there is a different Subaru dealership within a 5 min drive, however, I made the 20 mile trek to Schlossmann due to the amazing experiences and treatment I have received from them. If I move out of state, I will come back here to get all my cars! I love this place that much! BEST DEALERSHIP HANDS DOWN!!! More
