Not enough communication Made appointment through the Subaru app. They didn't specify that the appointment would be any different. They told me it 3 hrs!?! No heads up. Also they didn't tell me when my car was finished... so I sat there an extra half hour at least....also, now by breaks squeek.... Dec. 7 maintenance fo Outback I was disappointed with the service. Honesty, the only reason I buy cars at Schlossmann Subaru City is the service department. I have purchased 5 ca I was disappointed with the service. Honesty, the only reason I buy cars at Schlossmann Subaru City is the service department. I have purchased 5 cars from Scholssmann and historically the service has been outstanding. The last few times it has not been great. The Dec. 7th appointment was for a 6000 mile check. I checked in at 7 a.m., signed the work order, was reminded that I had the maintenance plan, and was asked if I wanted the car wash, which I said yes, too, and was told it take an hour to service. At 8:45, the car was done, the service employee noticed the car was not washed and asked me if I wanted it wash. (To be fair, the person who checked me in did not check me out) At that point, I was frustrated and just want to get on with my day. I made the appointment on-line and was asked for my preference for the service employee, which I selected, but didn't happen. I am confused why I am asked and then it doesn't happen. I said, "yes" to recommending this service center above, but I will definitely assess how the service goes in the future, which will impact where I buy my next car. More
