I’ve had my Impreza serviced at Subaru City for over 6 years. It appears as though the organization in service isn’t being done well. Oil changes take longer than an hour, I.ve experienced 2 hour wait time. Last time I came I spent a significant amount on the 105k service. When paying with the ladies up front, they were frazzled and not able to focus on my transaction. I didn’t not feel like I had enough of their focus for the short time it requires to make a transaction. They were too busy answering phones and trying to mediate the demands of the service dept. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. I brought my dog, thinking I would walk her around the area until my car was finished. Mario invited us both to enjoy the waiting room.
