The world has lost the customer service but this place has not! We never felt that typical wheel and deal and are extremely happy for that!! Not only did we receive detail about the car from two different salesman but when we picked the car up the salesman actually went into the vehicle and did a hands on training too!! And I was very pleasantly surprised to see the gas tank was actually full. Those little details never happen anymore but obviously Schlossmann understands the importance of all this. Please continue to do business the way you do because that's the way it should be. It means a lot and word of mouth means everything. I have and will continue to speak very highly of Schlossmann! Business as usual It has become so common place and expected, that the superior work done by the service department at Subaru City is often taken for granted. From the friendly person who greets you almost before you stop your car when entering the service area; during the shorter than expected time in the waiting room; to the person who takes you out to your car after the service and car wash are completed; everything is done in a superior customer centered manner.
