The other night going to work at 3:00 am my Outback found a guard rail on I-94. Freeway was not plowed at the time and slid right into it. Was able to get out and go to work. After work went straight to Subaru City and told them what had happened. They got it in immediately for a safety inspection, I am a regular customer with my Subaru. Yes, I need a new bumper & grille, but mechanically everything was fine! They had said that there would be a $100 fee for the inspection, but when giving me the technicians report they said that I had been through a tough day and that they would wave the fee. So, first my Subaru protected me in the incident. But more importantly Subaru City stood by me in a very difficult day. I will never forget how they took care of me and will be a loyal customer for life with Subaru City!. Thank you to the whole team at Subaru City! More
