Very friendly staff Arrived at the dealership looking to purchase a new vehicle with a trade-in. Was greeted promptly by courteous, friendly staff. I already researched Arrived at the dealership looking to purchase a new vehicle with a trade-in. Was greeted promptly by courteous, friendly staff. I already researched the vehicle prior to visiting so once I arrived it was just to test drive the vehicle and learn all the options. Any questions I had were answered without hesitation. Only complaint was when it came to working out a deal. Per the website there was a current promo offer of “0% APR financing on all 2018 models”. When numbers were crunched it appeared that was a play on words and only for select terms. Originally the offer the dealership was presenting was not within budget but after a short while we came to an agreement. As paperwork was being sorted to be signed the current salesperson had other customers arrive to close on their recent purchase. I understand you can’t really plan for it but I felt that since the other customers arrived I was pretty much pushed aside and just left kinda waiting around. I feel a different salesperson could have stepped in and helped finish the deal. I had mentioned that I could come back the next day but was assured it wouldn’t be too long of a wait. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case and my visit lasted 4 hours. The person helping me in finance was great to work with! Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable explains everything to me in full detail. I would recommend. More
