Good experience I came to this Subaru dealership months ago to test drive the Crosstrek. It was one of many cars I was looking at. Not only did the Crosstrek end up b I came to this Subaru dealership months ago to test drive the Crosstrek. It was one of many cars I was looking at. Not only did the Crosstrek end up being my favorite of the vehicles I test drove, but my experience at Schlossman Subaru was also the best by far. In general, everyone I interacted with (Kinkade, Adam, Sam to name a few) was friendly, communicative, and accommodating. Kinkade was very helpful and made himself available on his days off to work with my schedule. Good experience overall, and I am very happy with my purchase! More

Take advantage of customers I bought you 2011 Jeep Compass 2 years ago. Brought it in this week because transmission timing and shifting was off. I was recommended a software upd I bought you 2011 Jeep Compass 2 years ago. Brought it in this week because transmission timing and shifting was off. I was recommended a software update. I was told wasn't covered on warranty. $120.... wow to push a button and wait for it to update. I was told by multiple other mechanics afterword that this should have been covered. Also recommended to buy a new battery . (I bought a new battery 4 months ago). I was recommended a power steering flush (because the fluid was alegedly dirty and brown) $140. I trusted them and agreed to the service. Afterwards I realized that I forgot that I had gotten a power steering flush 4 months prior which should be good for 100,000 miles..... wow. I can't believe this dealership would treat there customers like this after I bought my vehicle through them as well as bought my extended power train warranty through them and that's how they treat there customers. I would not recommend this dealership! Not trustworthy and very deceitful! I feel like I got taken advantage of and was lied to. Not a good experience. More

Pleasantly Surprised Took my 2016 Outback in for 30,000 mile maintenance service. My front end was covered in bugs and bug juice. I asked if they could get the bugs off for me after the service. They did and more, even vacuumed the inside and dusted the dashboard, not at all expected, but they can rest assured, I will be back!
