My first new car! I had the opportunity to work with James Lemke to purchase my first new car, a 2018 Subaru Impreza. Lied about the cars available Bait and Switch Got in contact with them, agreed on a price on a 2018 Outback. We were on our way to pick the car up and they called us and said the car we were comin Got in contact with them, agreed on a price on a 2018 Outback. We were on our way to pick the car up and they called us and said the car we were coming to pick up had been spoken for, BUT...they still wanted us to come there! They wanted us to put a down payment on a car they did NOT even have!! Can't figure out if this is a bait and switch or if they never had the car we were heading out to buy!!!!! Or did they want to show us other cars and try to sell us something else that we were not even interested in???? Bunch of bums wasted our time, I would NEVER recommend Schlossmann Subaru City of Milwaukee!!!! Thank you for your interest in out Subaru Outback. The exact car you are looking at has a twin, meaning everything is exactly the same (color, eyesight, trim, etc.). The only difference is the VIN. From start to finish everyone was responsive, pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable and fair. Being a woman alone, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I felt very comfortable with everyone, and never felt pressured or like they were trying to take advantage of me. Great Service The dealership staff is very friendly. The service center offers a kid's play area, snacks and beverages, and television. The only dislike I had was it can tend to take a bit of time there. I was told about an hour, which turned into two. I would recommend this dealership, but if you have plans you may want to utilize the shuttle or just dropping off your vehicle. More

No pressure sale Shawn never once tried to pressure us into purchasing a vehicle while we were there. Never did we hear "how can we get yo into this car" or Let's se Shawn never once tried to pressure us into purchasing a vehicle while we were there.
