Individually though everything went fine. Car was found to be in good condition, assertions by mechanics were a bit obtuse (suggesting i use aftermarket products for a blown fuse for example), but overall it was a non confrontational event. After that visit, I did a little more research and test drove many other cars to find exactly what I wanted. When I was ready to buy, I came back and talked to Tony. He helped me find what I wanted and made the purchase process absolutely painless. I appreciate when the salesperson is helpful instead of pressuring and Tony did a great job of helping me find what I needed without putting pressure to buy. Overall, I had a great experience with the purchase. Rob was helpful without pressure during the paperwork activity. Battery service I had a battery issue where my car had to be jumped twice and serviced twice. On the first visit I was told my battery was good.
