I want to sincerely apologize for our poor job explaining how we are trying to fix your AM band issue with the radio in your new car .We completely understand that you want your new car fixed and I can assure you that when Subaru has the software update available we’ll get you in and fix your radio problem. I know you want us to put a new Radio in your car but that will not fix your problem because this is a software issue and it exists in the replacement unit we would install and putting a new one in will not fix your issue but it would cause and extra service visit.
