Initial service on 2017 Forester Mandi, service rep, met me at my car, entered my mileage, did a walk around the car to check for imperfections & led me to her cubicle for paperwork. She spent time answering my questions concerning the performance of my eyesight package during a recent rain/hail storm. Mandi explained the new procedures with my service package, It is now on the computer without a need for coupons. Service can be preformed at any Subaru dealer in any state. My service history will follow my vehicle. Mandi walked me to the lounge area. She showed me the beverage area and snack location. Mandi told me the estimated service time . Her estimate was spot on. She reviewed the multi point inspection report with me, then walked me to my freshly washed vehicle. More
