Kyle and outstanding service I came in to shop without a vehicle. Mine had been stolen and I was injured in the process. I really was unhappy. I missed my car.. It is tough times when you are forced to buy a car not by choice. I was a die hard Mazda fan. My son is a die hard Subaru fan. STI owner to be exact. My experience with Kyle and the Schlossmann team was excellent and very unexpected. Kyle's knowledge of the vehicles and each step of the process was excellent. He knew basically how long each process took. While one process was in full swing he was able to execute others at the same time. Usually you are in these places for hours because they don't know how to process things in tandem. Kyle saved the sale too!! I was going to purchase. When the down payment "ask" was more than I was could spend spend he asked me about leasing. I was coming out of a lease, he had listened. I was under the impression that I would have to spend what is advertised to get into a lease and that was more than I could spend. I had nothing, no insurance settlement yet. Kyle said "let's see what we can do". Working on the final documents and financing with Sam was great. She listened and understood each of my boundaries. Very good service and quality workmanship is appreciated. I brought my 2012 Outback to have the rear tailgate repaired. Sasenna and Scott Wilson were both very helpful and efficient completing the repairs on I brought my 2012 Outback to have the rear tailgate repaired.
