Quick and complete I made an appointment for an oil change, using my prepaid service agreement. I was a little early and they took me right in. They said that this appointment was for a major service for the mileage and that it would be 2-2 1/2 hours. I was not expecting that, but was prepared to wait. The waiting area was comfortable and had soft drinks, water and snack. They even had a patio set outside. The service was done in 2 hours and they even polished the inside and out of my car that was unexpected! I was really happy to see it shine. More

He was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons between buying used, new and leasing new. At the end of the day, I ended up leasing a 2018 Forester. I've very happy with this decision. Be prepared to get alot of attention from the team at this dealership. They truly want to make sure you are 100% satisfied. We did the negotiations online, and when we came into the dealership all that was left was to finalize the paperwork. The final negotiated price was competitive with other quotes we got; the included lifetime warranty sealed the deal. I appreciated that they didn't try to bait and switch us or throw in hidden charges. They treated us with respect and honesty. Overall a very good experience! More

Service was AWESOME! I had some minor issues with my car but it was taken care of immediately, Service Dept. was great!
