Very confident I was again very pleased with my service experience this past week. It was easy to make the appointment on line, I got confirmation and reminders. I had a question and when I was in for a car wash a few weeks ago one of the service advisors was easy accessible, reviewed my records and answered my question. This service went smoothly, on time and everything was explained well. You have an outstanding service department. My service advisor, Eric Schaffer, was excellent to work with, as usual. Do not always take first opinion This is somewhat difficult to review because I had two encounters with the same problem. On Wednesday I showed up at the dealer with my system showing This is somewhat difficult to review because I had two encounters with the same problem. On Wednesday I showed up at the dealer with my system showing low tire pressure. Service guy that came out checked, said just needed air, which he put in and said system lights should go out in less than a mile. They did, however, I stopped to get gas and happened to glance at tire and there in full view was a nail. I returned the next day, no one came out of the office to greet me, I previously had occasion to have stopped in the Subaru Dealer in Sarasota where on all three occasions someone was out to see how they could help within seconds of my entering the drive. I thought this was how all Subaru service areas worked. I stayed in my car for four or five minutes and no one came out. I went in and the young man was very pleasant, checked to see if they had the tire in stock, told me it would take 1.5 hours or so and directed me to the waiting area. 2.5 Hours later he came with the paperwork that it was done. I think an update at some point would have been helpful. Service was okay, not on a par with Sarasota More
