Sean showed me exactly how my tire depth was measured, and prepared me to change the air filter and rear window wiper at my next visit. Lastly, I received helpful advice and was directed to where I could purchase touch up paint for only $21. More
Personalize Professional Service In 2014, after a year of researching, test driving, saving, and debating we finally purchased our 2014 Outback from Kyle O. He was patient with us, to In 2014, after a year of researching, test driving, saving, and debating we finally purchased our 2014 Outback from Kyle O. He was patient with us, took his time and called or texted only when needed. Prior to actually purchasing the car, I was in a small accident with some damage to my car (not the one we were planning on replacing). He quickly got together some prices and leasing options if the car would have been classified as totaled. It wasn't totaled so he recommended the Subaru body shop for the repair as it came with a loaner car (when available) and they took our insurance. It was done well, and quickly. The loaner car was a life saver. In June 2017 we were finally ready to replace my car and started looking online for used cards. We found one (2014 Legacy) we wanted to drive and text Kyle to reserve it with a deposit. When we went in to drive it, it didn't have some of the features I wanted so we dedicated to wait. We let Kyle know exactly what we wanted and what our price point was. I was more than confident he would find the perfect car for us (for me). The next day, he called my husband and told him that he ran numbers for a leasing option for the exact car I wanted (3 years newer - 2017 Legacy) and the numbers fit within our budget. He took time to explain the lease and how that worked (never had leased before). We test drove my dream car and decided to go for it. I'm a numbers person and never would I have thought we could make this work. I never thought I would be able to have a brand new car but I do and I'm so thankful to Kyle's patience with us as are not quick decision makers. We never felt pressured or like we were being sold to. That's what I love about working with Kyle and Subaru. He is honest and to the point. He knows us and knows how we make decisions so he knew the numbers were important. He make recommendations based on that and there was no pressure. He never made us feel like we were wasting his time if we had to walk away. For the paper work we worked with Robert and again, no pressure - not sales-y when explaining the maintenance packages, etc. Never felt pressure to spend more. As long as Kyle is at Subaru, he is who we will go to for our family's car needs. He is who we will refer others to. Lastly, let me tell you...if you have never owned a Subaru...it's a family. We have been stopped many times in the last 3 years with my husbands car by people who see us and it and tell us they are on their 4th or 5th Subaru. They ask us how we like ours. They compliment the color or the room in the back. It's different than owning any other car I've ever owned (Ford, Saturn, etc). It's a family feel between Subaru owners. More

Follow-Up Parts I came in to pick-up a part that was not available during my last service. I got a notice in April and my first opportunity to be in the area was this I came in to pick-up a part that was not available during my last service. I got a notice in April and my first opportunity to be in the area was this past weekend. .I stopped at the service desk and was directed to Parts. I had to wait a considerable amount of time in Parts.......one person who was helping a technician and then answering a call. After he found it, he told me how much the part was. I mentioned it was warranty and he redirected me to the Service Team. I went back out and had to wait for someone to come available. Moon was the first one and happy to help. She took it upon herself to go back to Parts and get the part as well as find a Technician to install it. The part was a replacement wiper blade for the back of my Cross Trek. I didn't notice that there was a note to schedule an appointment for installation which probably would have made the service event better. More
