Follow-Up Parts I came in to pick-up a part that was not available during my last service. I got a notice in April and my first opportunity to be in the area was this I came in to pick-up a part that was not available during my last service. I got a notice in April and my first opportunity to be in the area was this past weekend. .I stopped at the service desk and was directed to Parts. I had to wait a considerable amount of time in Parts.......one person who was helping a technician and then answering a call. After he found it, he told me how much the part was. I mentioned it was warranty and he redirected me to the Service Team. I went back out and had to wait for someone to come available. Moon was the first one and happy to help. She took it upon herself to go back to Parts and get the part as well as find a Technician to install it. The part was a replacement wiper blade for the back of my Cross Trek. I didn't notice that there was a note to schedule an appointment for installation which probably would have made the service event better. More

I found Shawn Klug first, Then Jason Spilka who then took us to body shop area after I mentioned that we had a scratch on the hood. Minutes later they polished out the scratch. Thank you, Ron I was experiencing a rattle in the dash of my Outback. Recognizing that locating a specific rattle can prove to be challenging, it was necessary for I was experiencing a rattle in the dash of my Outback. Recognizing that locating a specific rattle can prove to be challenging, it was necessary for me to have this issue "serviced" on more than one occasion. Dropping off my Outback, I was greeted by a very helpful and friendly staff. The issue was...after dropping off my Outback, I did not receive a phone call providing any updated information. Although I tried calling and leaving messages, there was no returned phone call. Thank goodness for Ron. He met me on my fourth visit for the rattle in the dash. Ron listened to my frustration on no updates or follow-up phone calls. He explained the process and procedure expected of the staff. Ron's patience with me, as well as his understanding will ensure I continue to have my car serviced at this service center. More

The last time that I had my car in for service, there were a few things that I felt were lack I needed to take my car in for it's 30,000 mile service. The last time that I had my car in for service, there were a few things that I felt were lacking in their service of my vehicle. When I brough it up the service representative that day, he went above and beyond to correct all mistakes and make sure that I was completely satisfied.
