My First Subaru Ever! I had heard from others that Schossmann's was a quality operation. I had been there with a friend on numerous occasions for her oil changes, car washe I had heard from others that Schossmann's was a quality operation. I had been there with a friend on numerous occasions for her oil changes, car washes, tests drives, car repairs, and even a chinese buffet. So, returning to do my own car shopping was already comfortable. Tony was my salesperson and he was so helpful and genuinely nice. I really enjoyed my experience with him and his coworkers. They even helped me to get a dog tag for my dog. I later returned to get help with my roof rack. Again, they all (especially Tony), were so helpful and made me feel that I could ask for help at any time. Thank you all so much!!!!! More

Unplanned check on tire pressure warning light My tire pressure warning light came on during my drive into work and I had other tire pressure related issues in the past so I decided to get it check My tire pressure warning light came on during my drive into work and I had other tire pressure related issues in the past so I decided to get it checked out again. I did not have an appt but they were able to get me in anyhow. They found another nail in the tire an were able to put a patch on to repair it. The service was prompt and courteous and Sean kept me up to date on what was going and how long it might take to repair and the cost. They also performed a multi point inspection and gave the car a much needed wash. Thanks. I have always had great service anytime that I take my vehicle there. Keep up the excellent work. We had done some research about the type of compact SUV we wanted and the Subaru Forester was everything it was said to be. Shawn was extremely helpful and accommodating and didn't waste our time. He did a good job of helping us narrow down our choice between the Outback and Forester for our needs and then the level of Forester as well. We felt more then comfortable with not checking out any other vehicles. The features of the 2017 Forester make for a perfect size SUV with easy eyesight lines and comfort.
