Five star service from stat to finish I was thinking about taking my car to a local place to get service. But why would i even consider that ever again? I was going to get the 30k maintenance check up but didn't have time due to my daughter baseball game. So the Service manager asked me what was important to get done and he said ok lets just get that done and i was done in less then an hour at home eating and at my daughter game. I took it to Schlossmann Subaru City and had an excellent experience with their service department. First they spent a significant amount of time with me figuring out what should be done. Than after the multi-point inspection they gave me a detailed overview of the shape of the car and which issues should be addressed now and which ones could wait. I told them I had a short timeline, but they said they could do it. So they did all the service in a timely fashion. We put over 1000 miles on the car the 2 days since the service and the car drives like new. Thanks especially to Moon our service advisor. More
