I took it to Schlossmann Subaru City and had an excellent experience with their service department. First they spent a significant amount of time with me figuring out what should be done. Than after the multi-point inspection they gave me a detailed overview of the shape of the car and which issues should be addressed now and which ones could wait. I told them I had a short timeline, but they said they could do it. So they did all the service in a timely fashion. We put over 1000 miles on the car the 2 days since the service and the car drives like new. Thanks especially to Moon our service advisor. More

Quick but thorough After reviewing the cars on the Subaru City website, I thought I would stop in to see what I could get for my trade-in. I never leased a car before, s After reviewing the cars on the Subaru City website, I thought I would stop in to see what I could get for my trade-in. I never leased a car before, so I also wanted to see how that works and what a monthly payment would be. To my surprise, they worked with me so well to get me a monthly payment I could afford, I left with a new car in just hours after "stopping in". Great customer service and they went over every detail very thoroughly, so I had no questions before I left. Hopefully after this great review they will offer me my first oil change for free (just kidding). This is my fourth Subaru I have purchased. Three were purchased here, with no issues. The first one was bought form a dealer with so many issues, they can't even sell Subaru's any more. Just sayin'. Looks like the Schlossmann's treat their employees well, which reflects on their customer service and Sales staff. Thanks for the great car leasing experience! Alan K More
