Ed exemplified what I would expect the entire Schlossmann team to be: compassionate, personable, and professional. The entire staff made eye contact, remembered us after only visiting one time, and were friendly and helpful. Ed made sure that everything was lined up and ready to go, so I only visited twice, once to look at the car, and once to pick it up. Ed is great at his job, and I would come back to buy a car from him again, as well as recommend him to other people I know. More

Pleasant courteous timely I was Greeted immediately by Eric the service staff . Great team They do everything they can to meet customer needs. If waiting there is a comfortable lounge with free beverages (and fresh cookies). If needing a shuttle they are prompt - even going above and beyond - they had a salesman shuttle me because the driver was on a run and they didn't want me to have to wait. Car always comes back washed and this time they even polished my tires! More

No longer "Disappointed" It's comforting to know that someone actually reads these reviews... After I had posted a review about a week ago about being "disappointed" by the It's comforting to know that someone actually reads these reviews... After I had posted a review about a week ago about being "disappointed" by the whole experience of having my brakes checked, the General Manger, Mr. Larson, called me personally and invited me to bring the car back in so they could recheck the work, correct any problems, and be able to assure me that the car was in safe working order. That's exactly what happened. While my car was being re-inspected Mr. Larson and I had a pleasant chat in his office and I left feeling that they had really made an effort to see that I was not only satisfied, but that I felt the car was road-safe again. I gladly retract my previous negative review if it's still posted somewhere below. More
