Mike was able to get a few minor things fixed quickly on the vehicle and kept us updated on the progress. We didn't require financing, but Robert G. walked us quickly through the signature process to get us back on the road. Much better experience overall than the last vehicle I purchased at another dealership. More

Mario let me know the options and which was least expensive. Existing Yolkohama Geolanders had 42k miles and 6/32 tread depth. No reason to replace all 4. Went with a new tire, shaved to match the other three for tread depth. Price for new tire was comparable to other shops for a single tire. Ordered on Monday, replaced on Wednesday, the first day I could make it in. Tire delivered on Tuesday. Well in the 2-3 day window given on Monday. Car was washed both days the car was in for service. Thanks! More
