After I had posted a review about a week ago about being "disappointed" by the It's comforting to know that someone actually reads these reviews... After I had posted a review about a week ago about being "disappointed" by the whole experience of having my brakes checked, the General Manger, Mr. Larson, called me personally and invited me to bring the car back in so they could recheck the work, correct any problems, and be able to assure me that the car was in safe working order. That's exactly what happened. While my car was being re-inspected Mr. Larson and I had a pleasant chat in his office and I left feeling that they had really made an effort to see that I was not only satisfied, but that I felt the car was road-safe again. I gladly retract my previous negative review if it's still posted somewhere below. More
