Got me in at my appointment time, very nice and courteous staff. I like that the prices for there services are right on the screen behind the service desk so no surprises. After getting my car checked in went to the sales floor where I saw my salesman, Fiz, who greeted me by name and remembered the model and trim we purchased after 6 months of not seeing him. WOW! Car was done on time and washed. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend Fiz as your next salesman. More

Dustin wasn't pushy at all and let us check out all of the vehicles at our own pace. Overall, it was a much more pleasurable experience than expected due to the normal perception of shopping fora car. More

Swap winter/summer wheels. Mount new tires on summer wheels. Overall I am satisfied with the way the service was done and the way the removed winter wheels were placed in the car. I bought the new tires through the dealer on a sale they were offering and the price was very comparable to what I would have paid through TireRack.com if one includes the required shipping. I was disappointed that the TPMS system was not checked/reset with the new tires on the car. The winter wheels are an inch smaller in diameter with a narrower and higher profile tire. These are very different from the standard wheel/tire combo for summer use. My TPMS light is now on and I will need to make another trip in to the service center to have this fixed. Part of the problem is mine in that I did not ask to have the TPMS system reset with the new tires. I worked with Mandy in the service center and she was quite helpful and very pleasant to work with. More

They checked everything - I mean EVERYTHING - and the service included a car wash. Also, I had the choice to wait in their very comfortable waiting area while the vehicle was serviced (that's what I did - watched the Brewers game on the TV), OR I could have dropped it off in the morning while providing my own transportation, OR Schlossmann's provides a shuttle service to bring you to work or home or wherever you need to be. I'll definitely bring my vehicle there again for any service that's required. More

Great experiences Just had my 30,000 mile check. I didn't know that it was going to be 3 hours (I requested service on-line, so that is something that could be worked Just had my 30,000 mile check.
