Oil change handled very well, almost to well. The routine prior to the oil change almost seemed scripted. Sounded like a recording. Another disappointment wa handled very well, almost to well. Another disappointment was that when I returned home the very same day there was a 10 dollar gift card in my mailbox. It will expire long before my next oil change is due. Suggestion would be skip the coupons and just lower your prices. Overall a good experiance. More
