I apologize for the length of time it took to complete your purchase and we will review the breakdowns with our team to improve our process. We didn’t lie about anything and I understand why it may seem that way with what you read on the DMV website. Your situation does not allow us to issue a temporary license plate because you transferred a license plate from a vehicle you were not trading in so had we issued a temporary license plate along with transferring a plate you would end up with two plates issued to the same vehicle which would have been illegal and we would have been responsible for doing so. I’m really sorry about your title and tire issues. We really appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve. I have addressed the title issue with our finance department and they understand they need to listen more and offer solutions rather than blame. When you and I talked about the tire issue you did agree that the first recommended tire rotation was not performed at the recommended mileage and you stated you did not have the oil change service at a Subaru dealer where they would have stated it was due for a tire rotation and checked other items to help prolong tire wear.
