Go elsewhere They lie to you, they waste your time, and they are overall unfit for comfort. I bought a 2024 accord with 13xxx miles, upon test drive the steering wheel just creaked a little between and they are overall unfit for comfort. I bought a 2024 accord with 13xxx miles, upon test drive the steering wheel just creaked a little between 0 degrees and +/- 10 degrees. I was verbally told "it has a bad rack and pinion, ive moved customer cars out of the way to get yours on a lift and worked on. We have the part in stock, and it should be covered under warranty. If honda wont warranty it, ill risk my job and we (the dealership) will cover it." Trying to make me feel special. I knew better of course. "I put my top guy on it" another lie, as the "top guy" "forgot to torque a motor mount bolt". 50mi down the road there is some catastrophic sound upon load/unload on drivetrain. I bring it back, they keep it 2 more days, I asked for documentation from fix 1 and new issue. The work order states "bad gearbox, gearbox replaced, noise gone". Nothing about a rack and pinion. Work order 2 stated "a bolt backed out a little causing interference which broke a mount bracket" but in text from the salesman I have "the tech forgot to torque a bolt, nothing was damaged but were replacing everything affected" like what does that even mean??? What did they actually do compared to what I was told? Great news, the steering wheel still creaks in the same positions, and if I ever buy from another dealship this will not be the one. Stay away for your own good/time/pocketbook. FYI in addition to the stated lies, I originally bought a 26 civic hybrid sport touring with 13xx miles, drove it 6hr the next day, realized it was cheap/unfit, knew I would take a hit selling it back 2 days later but I was verbally told by Loren the Liar "I got him to only take $3000 off" I can eat 3k thats my mistake but it actually turned out to be $4800. Upon questioning they couldnt clearly answer where the $2000ish difference was coming from, and after all this headache I didnt have the capacity to figure it out right there while they were yapping to me with other info. So I also technically let them lie to me and steal about $2000 on my trade in. Overall a poor experience and I would never recommend anyone purchase here. Also John Oster was super disingenuous at every encounter, always closing his eyes when he talks to you, I wanted to coach him, but what's the point. Open your eyes and look at me when you speak to me John, its very disheartening. More
On my recent visit I was in and out in a decent time frame, I had a tire replaced because I picked up a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires. The balance on the new tire is perfect, no wheel shaking frame, I had a tire replaced because I picked up a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires. It was a good visit to Honda City and I will take my car to them when the next time for service comes. More
