I recently visited this dealership with my granddaughter looking for a lease on an HV-R AWD. We stopped here because they are advertising a Lease offer on these vehicles on their website. I should have gone to Dealerrater.com before wasting my time with them. Julian, the sales guy we got was very nice but was new and had to go between two sales managers all the time we were there. At first, we thought negotiations were going well based on the feedback he was giving us. However, things started changing and discrepancies became more apparent every time he came back from managers' office. After being there for over an hour, we decided to leave and call back the next day. We spoke to Julian again and he said per his manager, if we put down $1000. over the phone as "leverage" they would negotiate. We did not pay anything upfront as there was no written contract. We asked him for the names of the managers who worked with him as we were going to write a review on this website. He told us Christian and Lauren were the managers. Within an hour, Christian called us and left a message stating that he wanted to talk to us to clarify any misunderstandings. That was six days ago. We have left two messages on his voicemail and he has not called back. As for us, there are no misunderstandings here. I am a retired finance/customer service professional and recognize "shady negotiations" when I see them. We won't be dealing with them again but I wanted to write this review for others to see. More

Terrible customer service, no calls returned regarding appointments and service, Even left a message for the Service Manager Jeff who never called me back. I paid for front lights to be replaced and one light is still partially burned out. Service Advisor “A” told me to go buy new bright lights on Amazon… recently bought all new tires and need a nail repair, called about a warranty on tires they will not call me back….will never take my car here again!
