I had my catalytic converter stolen from my work parking lot last week and had it towed to Schofield, as that is who I bought my Pilot from and have always had do any work needed. Since it was gonna be there for a week or so, I also had the windshield replaced due to a rock last year. My service advisor Matthew Burr was amazing and went above and beyond. My car insurance has been extremely difficult and Matthew has helped promptly and with nothing but above and beyond help. I have had the East location do almost all my work since I bought the car in 2016 even though I live westside and every visit goes without a hitch. This visit was perfect from Honda's side and they even did everything they could to help me with the items they had no control over. I recommend them to everyone. We have bought 4 Hondas from Brandon Baalman (who also helped me with some paperwork for this situation and if you need a saleman there, ask for him) over the last 10 years and will be getting the next one from them as well. More

I purchased two filters, a gasket, and tow o-rings. My total was $226.00. I believe there is some serious price gouging in the parts department. The o-rings are listed at almost $20.00 a piece. Similar parts were under $50.00 at a local automotive supply. Highly recommend finding parts elsewhere if possible. More

"Customer Satisfaction Manager" upsold me on an aftermarket auto start & aftermarket heated seats, the auto start interfered with smart entry system so it doesn't work.
