Great experience, but purchasing took over 2 hours I found the car I wanted, in the desired color, and within my price range. Everyone at Schomp was very accommodating. Our salesperson Michael was very helpful, as was the BMW genius. The ONLY reason I had to rate 4/5 stars was that the purchasing took over 2 hours. Some of that was due to Michael working hard at getting us a lower loan rate, extended warranty, and helping us with an additional discount through our usaa insurance. However, I think the dealership should be careful with the slogan 1 person, 1 price, 1 hour. We were ok with it taking slightly over 2 hours because we felt like we got a great product at a great price. Others might be hostile once you go over 61 minutes. More

Buying process took too long Schomp advertises one hour from time of contract terms being agreed upon. Our process took much longer. Received apologies but nothing else. We did not have a healthy meal for the time there and had to fight rush hour traffic on the way home which was on the far north side of Denver. They wanted to replace the tires I said no at this time. 2 weeks go by and due to ordering parts with very little communication during this time. Finally after 2 week I get a voice mail asking if I wanted an oil change and to replace the tires. I called back left a voice mail to say just the oil change and to call me back ASAP to talk about picking up my vehicle. I received no call back for 5 hours. finally after pestering them for a few hours I get a hold of someone and told them I could pick it up the next day now because it was to late. I said I would be there in the early AM. They never cleaned the car nor were they ready for me the next day. I can say I will never use Schomp again and that the treatment I received was horrid. worst service experience ever. More
