Knowledgeable Staff Who Treat Customers Well We bought our first BMW from Schomp in January, and their attentiveness after the sale has been impressive, befitting the BMW reputation for quality a We bought our first BMW from Schomp in January, and their attentiveness after the sale has been impressive, befitting the BMW reputation for quality and attention to detail. Last night my wife and I went to a new owners class to learn more about our vehicle (an X1) and the dealership. The dealership provided a very good buffet dinner before the class. To our surprise, Chris Frydry, the sales rep who sold us our vehicle, came by the class just to say hello and see whether we had any questions or concerns about our X1. Very impressive gesture! The class itself was excellent. Three members of the Genius team taught the class, which focused on all the technology and engineering that go into a Bimmer. (I learned last night that Beemer refers to the motorcycle, Bimmer to autos!) I came away impressed with Schomp and even more impressed with the value of my new BMW! More
