Service Department is great as usual Had a check engine light on my 2014 320 Friday evening. Talked to a guy named Ryan (Bryan, not sure) in service. He told me to bring car in Sat. Someone would look at it to determine if the car could wait for a week. Met a young lady in service (she has only been at Schomp for about a month,) and I believe her name was Whitney. She was working there around 1:30 pm when I brought my car in. Anyway, she got my car in, fixed the problem and my normal service was performed. The only reason I started going to Schomp in the first place and now buy new cars from Schomp is all because of service. When I have an issue that really concerns me, service always comes through. He always works his hardest to help me with any issue I may be having with my vehicle. I will work with him every time I may need to go in. I do sometimes have issues with getting the diagnostic team to agree with my service issues but other than that I have always had a great experience with Greg. I rate the quality of work as "good" and not "excellent" because I have driven off the lot before and noticed that the issue I had brought the vehicle in for was not fixed to my standards and the standards that I believe BMW service should maintain. This has nothing to do with Greg and the customer service he has provided me in my many interactions with him. My overall experience with Schomp is one that I would recommend to others and I would highly recommend Greg to anyone. More
