Simply put, I believe Steven Constable to be the best Service Manager ever! The service at Schomp is good, Steven makes the service department 5 star. He takes very good care of his customers and communicates with the mechanics to make sure the job is done correctly. He does this all while managing the service department. I believe he goes above and beyond for the customer and this is why I will keep driving a BMW and have it serviced at Schomp. More

Jordan McDuffie sold us our BMW. The process took several hours due to some miscommunication about the first car from the initial salesperson. We subsequently selected another car. He was never 'pushy'. He called in management who lowered the price on our vehicle. He is friendly at the same time a true professional- someone you want to work with when making a big purchase. He knows his product, is ready with facts and figures to complete the lease and is most accommodating in insuring that everything is done to allow us to take possession of the automobile that same day. Our second contact after the completion of our lease was from BMW Genius, Kathy Powell. My appointment with her at the dealership allowed her to show me features of the 2016 550i GT that were new or updated from our 2013 model 535i GT and she answered any and all of my additional questions. Being able to contact her about our car, if necessary, is an added benefit. Both Jeff and Kathy were essential to our satisfactory experience at Schomp BMW. We give them each an A-1 rating. Gene, the the store manager even took the time to show us several cars and explained to us several possible business incentives until Edward Cheatham was available. Edward did an excellent job fulfilling all our needs from beginning to end again with no hassles and just made the entire experience a pleasure instead of the dreaded car buying experience we have been use to! Then we went down to meet David in the Genius dept to take possession of our new car! This was truly a blessing as there is so much to learn on this car. David took as much time as I needed to make sure I new everything I needed to know then he even made a trip to my house to set up my garage door opener that I could not get to work!! Schomp definitely goes above and beyond any other dealership I have ever experienced and will refer my family and friends to Schomp! More
