Service Disaster! Took an X3 to get a simple oil change. What a DISASTER! Took 35 minutes to "check in" and get a loaner car. Seems the chick doing the loaners went to go wash a car and no one was left to pass out loaners. With the rest of the employee standing around with that "not my job" attitude, it took 20 minutes before someone finally decided he might as well get me a car. He walked by my multiple times before he decided maybe I had waited long enough. maybe they have a quota of wasted customer minutes before they are allowed to help out. Upon picking up my car a few hours later after the oil change was done, no one greeted me, no one said a word for 20 minutes. No one was available to check me back out. No one. Finally some old lady came around from her cubicle to do it. TERRRIBLE customer service. Grease xxxxxx literally does a better job, and Grease xxxxxx costs less since time is money and I wasted an hour with these jokers. I can get the oil changed at Grease xxxxxx faster than I can drive to Schomp BMW and get “checked in”. I’ll be paying for an oil change from now on at Grease xxxxxx since the xxxxxxx at Schomp couldn’t care less if I do and will waste my time if I go there. So much for the value of “free maintenance” at Schomp. I thought buying a BMW would treat me to better customer service than at the domestic dealers. Not so. Schomp is all hype, no action. BTW, Schomp is the dealer that “forgot” to pay off my trade in. After 45 days from the date of sale, I get a notice from the car’s bank that my payment hadn’t been made. Schomp BMW said they “forgot”. On top of that, I asked to buy a key fob protector for an X1. The parts guy had no idea which protector went to which car. How do you like that, a BMW parts guy that has no clue about BMW branded parts for BMW cars. More

Ruled out the Lexus as a replacement because I absolutely hated the front appearance. That grill makes the car look like an angry animal. So focused on Audi, Infiniti, Acura and BMW. Initially had no intention of looking at a BMW - but leaving the Infiniti dealership - saw the BMW right across the road and said - "oh let me at least look at it". When I walked in - was introduced to Jim Merrell. To say it was my lucky day would be an understatement. He was professional, classy, helpful. No pressure whatsoever, Didn't trash the competitors - just focused on the benefits of a BMW. After two days - and test driving the other competitors - final decision was between the Audi and BMW. I bought the BMW 535i - because of the car - it's performance - and the service provided by Jim Merrell. Great price - fabulous quality - tremendous service. More

Schomp is not covering my CPO vehicle I purchased my CPO 2 years ago and have put on 22,000 miles. Staff claimed an after market filter from an ASE certified mechanic shelled the engine and refuse to even call BMW NA to see if they will cover it. Steve Constable, and 2 receptionists have told my husband to "get your car out of my lot" and hung up on him. David James and Lorenzo Sanchez will not return his calls. BMW NA here we come. I have a hard time believing that an oil filter would cause an engine to completely fail and then I'm handed a $23,404 quote on a CPO which I believed would have covered it. Schomp had instructed another local dealer not to speak to us regarding this as well and to keep their noses out of it. Anxious for our outcome with BMW NA. More
