Doesn't matter that I wasn't there to buy a brand new BMW...in fact I was there to purchase a very well-priced Audi with very high miles. No one even batted an eye that I wasn't a high dollar purchaser. I was treated the SAME as everyone else shopping there. Evan, my sales guy was nothing short of outstanding. Treated me like we knew each other like old friends! That is not something that is taught to sales people - that is good, old school character traits that will follow him wherever his life takes him! The service staff is also amazing. Very kind, considerate and down to earth. I would like to say I would definitely purchase from them again, but, unfortunately, I am not a BMW-gal. LOL! But, should they have another used car, down the road, that peaks my interest, then I would most definitely shop here again and MOST DEFINITELY ask for Evan! Thanks guys! Made my used car purchase a very very VERY positive experience and I would not hesitate in the least in referring your dealership to anyone in the market for any car - to include a BMW! I asked for financing on the vehicle they came back with the beat rate as 6.99 which for 720+ credit score is a joke. When I asked about the banks and options ,they only had one ,and when asked about other banks they said they couldn't use them because we were out of state which can be true for some banks but when I asked about Wells Fargo they said they didn't finance out of state which is a flat out lie . I can understand having limited options but for such a large upscale facility the financing is a joke. I ended up getting outside financing for my vehicle at 4 points less. That piece was a disappointment but overall if you are paying cash or securing your own financing the dealership was great ! It was clean and beautiful and the staff was very nice. More

The customer service I received from Grant & Derek was outstanding and extremely efficient. These guys had my X5 repaired and returned to me immediately. Grant maintained communication continuously and was diligent in having the issues addressed on my vehicle. Derek coordinated having my vehicle returned to my home 3.5 hours away efficiently. I highly recommend Schompf to anyone in Colorado or commuting between states as I do!!: ) More
