Great service/customer service on short notice. On a Thursday afternoon around 2:30 I discovered I needed to drive out of state early Friday morning. My car was due for service and I didn't want to On a Thursday afternoon around 2:30 I discovered I needed to drive out of state early Friday morning. My car was due for service and I didn't want to drive the 1,000 miles round trip without the needed oil change. I called the Schomp BMW service center and explained the situation. They got my vehicle in by 4:00 pm and had my oil changed promptly. Awesome customer service. My salesman Joey who we worked with almost a year ago in purchasing the vehicle came out to make sure all went well as I waited for the vehicle to be brought back.
