Schomp BMW completely redeemed the negative experiences I've had with other dealerships in the past. I found a 335xi I wanted on their website and walked in asking specifically after that vehicle. Paul in sales did not try to talk me into anything else; he simply let me drive the car, we discussed my trade-in vehicle, and he got me approved for a loan with BMW Credit that evening. They were even flexible on the down payment which is great since it was two days after Christmas. I drove the car home that night, completely giddy with excitement. I went back the next day to deliver my trade-in vehicle and Paul confessed one of the technicians told him they had found a bad tie rod on my 335xi when they took it in, but hadn't had time to repair it (I purchased the car one day after it was on the lot). Paul said he wanted to make it right and scheduled for me to have the tie rod replaced and have a new alignment, all free of charge, as well as have the Service department give me a loaner vehicle for the day. I also mentioned that I'd noticed the car was missing the Owner's Manual, so he sent me down to the Delivery department where Tyler showed me and my husband all the ins and outs of the vehicle's functions and even spent some extra time helping us take off the Thule rack and talk about tie-down options for a spare tire. Everyone at the dealership has been nothing but friendly, helpful and more than willing to go the extra mile for their customers. As long as I live in Colorado, I will never buy from another dealership. More

This was an awesome experience! I knew what I wanted and when I called Jim had the car ready for me. When I went to purchase it, I was in and out in less than an hour. I went to Schomp BMW after reading many good reviews online. I was at an Audi dealership earlier in the day trying to lease a new car, but felt they were not serious. I had never met Paul, nor did I have an appointment when I showed up and found out he had just left for the night. The receptionist called him, he turned around and was back at work in 10 minutes to help me out. Paul was honest, totally upfront, and didnt play any of the usual sales game you see at many dealerships. He helped me find the car I wanted, worked within my budget, explained all the numbers and I walked out (unexpectedly) that night with my first beamer. Thanks Paul, you made this a painless experience. I highly reccomend him if you are looking for a BMW. More

The day I purchased my car, I asked my salesman, Alex if Schomp was willing to fix the small dent in the door. After talking to his manager, Jill, they both agreed that they would be willing to buff it and repaint the dent. I scheduled an appointment and Blake, my boyfriend, dropped it off at the service shop. The service shop went above and beyond my expectations by taking off the layers of the door panels to fix the dent. It looks even better than I expected. Andrew, in the service shop was extremely courteous and always followed through with calls to let us know of the progress on the car. Alex was so honest, patient, efficient and appreciative of my business. Jill was professional, calm and understanding of my needs and willing to make it as perfect as possible. I recently had to have my BMW 328i jump-started by an AAA contractor and, unfortunately,the dashboard and radio electronics were disengaged. Then...Ralph Schomp to the rescue! At no charge to me, the electr contractor and, unfortunately,the dashboard and radio electronics were disengaged. Then...Ralph Schomp to the rescue! At no charge to me, the electronics were enabled and a brand new radio was installed. That's what I call great customer service, all coordinated by a very professional staff. More
