James did an excellent job in providing all aspects of the sale, I didn't have to go through what I felt was the normal experience of having to talk to this or that manager. It was refreshing to have one person sit down with you and explain all of the paperwork that was being signed. He at no time made me feel any pressure in deciding on which vehicle was right for me. Samantha presented all of the options on the vehicle and how they worked, it made it very easy for me to use them after I left the dealership and in the days to come in making it personalized to me. This was the easiest car purchasing experience EVER! The fellows/NOT Car Salesmen were a delight to work with. I don't consider this a problem. I have just been used to having my car washed after a service appointment and when I picked up my car the car had not been washed and there was no mention why they didn't. to having my car washed after a service appointment and when I picked up my car the car had not been washed and there was no mention why they didn't. I thought this was a normal service when you brought your car into BMW. I would have said something that day but I was in a hurry to get somewhere. You have a great Team Leader in Denis White.
