Another reason why I think Miles is awesome... My nephew, who's 19 has been car shopping; but he really wants something with a manual transmission and within a student budget - I was happy when Miles took the time to help him look vs other places that literally told him to come back with a parent. I'm glad Miles has patience and a positive attitude when it comes to dealing with people since that creates long-term relationships vs annoying sales people that just try to push one to make a decision and/or walk away if they suspect a person is not buying something.
