I just bought a new X5 and got excellent service from Taimur. My original new car actually had a technical issue not related to the dealer. But it was also Taimur's constant will to take care of me as a customer throughout this process that stood out. I never felt left in the dark but the situation was updated regularly to me and I saw that effort was made constantly. Bad times show what the sales and service really is made out of.
