The experience was pretty good. Started with a generic phone call about s vehicle I had found on line. David Lee happened to be the individual who answered. The purchase process took far longer (almost 4 phone call about s vehicle I had found on line. David Lee happened to be the individual who answered. The purchase process took far longer (almost 4 hours) even though I was pre-approved through my credit union with documents in hand. Does it really benefit a buyer to get pre-approved when the process still took 4 hours. That would be my only complaint; especially from a dealership that advertises, "one price, one person, one hour." No sales pressure from David when it came to a la carte offers from the dealership. Brought my X5 in for oil change and rear view mirror leak. Won't fix the rear view mirror because they say it is aftermarket windshield. I bought the car from a BMW dealership. They will replace the leak. Won't fix the rear view mirror because they say it is aftermarket windshield. I bought the car from a BMW dealership. They will replace the windshield for $1600.00 though. Called the dealership where I bought the car from and they said to clean out the dust from the sun roof and that should fix the problem since there are no breaks or cracks in the windshield to be causing the leak. If that doesn't fix it then SafeLite will repair the seal for $300 and $600 if they break the windshield while repairing the seal. I don't trust these guys anymore. More
