Schomp Honda

Schomp Honda was referred to me by a family member based on their experience with the sales and service departments. My wife and I visited the dealership to evaluate the CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring and Prolo on their experience with the sales and service departments. My wife and I visited the dealership to evaluate the CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring and Prologue as we planned to purchase a vehicle within the next six months. We elected to move forward with the purchase of the CR-V given our test drive and the fact there was a sale in progress. The sales process itself was very low pressure because Schomp gives you a take it or leave it purchase price for a new vehicle. Because of the sale in progress the CR-V’s on the lot were being quickly sold and we ended up purchasing a CR-V that was in transit. It arrived a few days after we provided our deposit. The closing process took about two hours. The Schomp facility was exceptional and everyone we met and interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Ian McCauley was the salesperson who assisted us. Ian was very personable, helpful, and patient throughout the sales process. David Cole also supported the sales process and evaluated our trade-in. He was personable, reasonable, and we appreciated his involvement. We did not finance the vehicle so I cannot provide any comments on that. More

The salesperson I worked with Ian. He was very encouraging when I was asking questions and overall very patient with talking about my budget and test driving cars.
