Buying experience by Lezlie Wright I already owned a 2013 Mini Countryman and loved everything about it until I learned the 2018 model had improvements (higher clearance and dual heat/a I already owned a 2013 Mini Countryman and loved everything about it until I learned the 2018 model had improvements (higher clearance and dual heat/ac for backseats). For those reasons I decided to trade in my 2013 for a 2018. I did my homework checking online for over a year for value of my trade-in and availability of cars that appealed to me. I started speaking with Fika at the beginning of my search and she stayed in contact for the entire year. Finally it was nearing the end of the year and I was between buying from Mini Loveland and Schomp. Mini Loveland offered more than Schomp for my trade in and had same offers available but didn’t have the inventory. Around this time, Fika offered to bring me a 2018 to try at home-that and the better inventory made me decide to buy again from Schomp. Once at the dealership she spent hours with me deciding exactly which car I wanted. We test drove and got down to two choices based on my budget. Of course I chose the more expensive one and I’m very happy with my new car. All in all a great experience and fun have Fika as my salesperson! More

Did I really want a MINI? I came into Schomp MINI intending to investigate the brand I had only read about. I was very fortunate to be introduced to Fika. She asked all the right questions to find the right match for my needs. Fika and I drove three cars and decided on the Clubman S. With the extra features I requested she was able to work out a reasonable deal on a lease. However, I did not make it easy for her. I had numerous questions that were always promptly answered with intelligence and humor. It took longer than anticipated for me to decide on the upfront costs but Fika always provided an honest interpretation of what she could accompllish for me. We got the lease completed and I could not be happier. Being a long time salesman myself, I appreciated her effort and kind disposition to complete the transaction. My best car leasing experience ever. More

My first American car Lease. Being a British woman here in the States for over 14 years and this was my VERY first car deal. I was totally upfront with Fika, I told her my fears and the horror stories of car sales people, that I had been told. She blew all those stories out the water. She took the time to find out who I was, what I wanted and WHY. This was my first experience of car leasing/buying - it was the nicest experience EVER. I have the car I always wanted, named her aptly Henrietta (true British name) and she is a dream. Not only did I get the car I wanted, I have a new friend in Fika. In a business that is predominately male orientated, to find a young lady passionate about her job and able to transfer that passion to her customers, that is a wonderful strength. I am happy to recommend (actually proud) Fika for your Mini Experience. She knows her industry and it shows. Smooth Sailing I bought a 2016 four-door hardtop in August 2016. The whole process went so smoothly. I did the whole thing with my two-year-old there, and even had I bought a 2016 four-door hardtop in August 2016. The whole process went so smoothly.
