Buying a car from Schomp was as easy as it could’ve been. Their sales reps make no commission, so there literally was one singular moment with upsells and they all were just extra vehicle protection. I recently purchased my new vehicle from Schomp Mazda in Aurora, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and valued. I came in with one car in mind — I knew exactly what I wanted — but they still took the time to show me a few other options I might like. In the end, I went with my first choice because it was already such a great deal. The price listed online was clear and honest — no haggling, no hidden surprises — which is something I really appreciate about Schomp Mazda. There was a small hiccup with the paperwork, but the team handled it quickly and professionally, turning it into a smooth, stress-free process. Brian, my sales consultant, was amazing — friendly, patient, and knowledgeable — and EJ, one of the managers, went above and beyond to make sure everything went right from start to finish. There were also several other finance managers and sales reps who stopped by to help, congratulate me, and just make the experience feel personal and fun. It wasn’t just one or two people doing their jobs — it was the whole Schomp Mazda team working together to make sure I was happy and confident with my purchase.
