He followed up with me twice after to see if I was still in the market to buy a car. When I found a car I was interested in, he was available a couple hours. It was a really comfortable experience (unlike a different dealership I had been to prior). I didn’t feel pressured, but still felt heard. In the end, I walked away with a beautiful car that I’m so happy with. I have great peace of mind too with the extended warranty as well! Alvik even came in earlier than he usually does when I came back 2 days later to pick up my car! Great customer service & extremely personable with a great knowledge of the brand!
