He was informative and not pushy—he cared about what we needed. He was great! After we placed a hold on the car we wanted, he kept us informed of its status over the following weeks. From the train to the truck delivery to the inspection to the pick up, we knew where it was and thus had reasonable expectations about its arrival. When it came in he walked us through the final paperwork and he and the team gave a tutorial about the car before we left the lot. Troy McNulty, the very personable and knowledgeable manager, was actively present and checked in with us from the day we came in to look to the day we left with the car. It really made us feel like we were in good hands. The service was wonderful at Schomp Mazda with Brian, Troy, and the team-and of course the CX-30 is incredible (and gorgeous)! This dealership has the worst communication I have ever experienced. They do not call back. Their texting causes great confusion. Our paperwork had the wrong email. The sales manager Diego has zero ans experienced. They do not call back. Their texting causes great confusion. Our paperwork had the wrong email. The sales manager Diego has zero answers and sends you to the sales rep who wasn't responding in the first place. Zero attention to detail. Evasive in the answers. We consented to an add on but they didn't start it until we arrived and wasted hours of our time. Had to call back to see if our signed paperwork was sent to the wrong address. That would be another nightmare with this dealership. Not impressed. We have bought plenty of cars before and this is the worst experience so far. More

We are beyond excited for our new to us 2018 F150 Raptor. Kelsey Doucette and her sales team did an amazing job for us. She was also very patient with us as we tried to decide which truck. We very much appreciate all the help she offered getting us moved over into our new truck. We had just returned from a mountain trip so we had a super tired one year and our old pup with us. Really was a fantastic experience on the sales side of things. Unfortunately it was pouring rain on our drive home, which was over a hour away. It was than I discovered the wiper blades were both completely shot. The report I was given said everything was good to go. Figured oh well I can replace them. But than I noticed there is no window sticker also the oil life indicator hasn’t been reset for the supposed oil change. So now I question if it was really done. Plan to go through the rest of the truck see if anything else was missed. As of right now can’t say I’d trust to take my truck back for service. So I’d highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new car. They are very pressure free nice people. But I’d probably have the vehicle checked over by another mechanic. More
