Andrea Parra was excellent, the dealership overall gets lower stars. Andrea helped multiple clients simultaneously. She always had a smile on her face even while assisting an unhappy customer who came in lower stars. Andrea helped multiple clients simultaneously. Her calm energy helped make my LONG day bearable and I ultimately went home with the car I wanted. The one hour promise was more like 5+ hours! I had a similar experience 6 years ago at another Schomp dealership. Overall, Andrea Parra was great while the dealership was just OK. More

A comedy of errors- with absolutely no fun A one hour sale became over 3 hours and I started with the online sale! They had to have me come back across town 2 months later because the address w A one hour sale became over 3 hours and I started with the online sale! They had to have me come back across town 2 months later because the address was not correct and promised the plates would be sent to me. Now 4 months later after I finally get a letter from Colorado about being able to get plates- why the delay? why the months of waiting? Schomp can't answer- they either do not know what they are doing or are unable to follow through with what they should do- a little honesty would go a long way in helping my disgust also! More
