He even went so far as to bring us snacks when things were taking a little longer than usual during the signing process. We were looking into leasing a 2025 CX-90 because of the massive EV/PHEV credits and lease cash back. Between a nontransparent quote sheet and fees hidden past a credit check, we came looking for a better experience -- and Schomp delivered! We started by reaching out on the website to express interest in one of the vehicles available at Schomp. We talked with Makenzi online, who got us the information we were looking for and connected us with Adam at the dealership the following morning. Adam was great! He was transparent, clear-cut, low pressure, and helped us find an even better deal on a higher trim level CX-90 than the car we'd reached out about in the first place! The entire process was seamless from start to finish, and we are incredibly happy with the team at Schomp, the overall experience, the price we settled on, and the vehicle we purchased. I was looking for a used outback in the 21-23 range and walked into Schomp Mazda and found exactly what I wanted. Steve gave us a very friendly greeting when we entered and made us feel welcome. We took the vehicle out for a test run and were very interested in buying it at that point. Gianna answered all of our purchasing questions and laid everything out via the computer and laminated pricing and categories. We felt lucky to have had her as our guide to getting the vehicle we wanted and the process was easy and not stressful. We even felt like it was a nice break from the xmas shopping to be sitting in the Mazda Showroom for a little bit while the Mazda crew did all of the heavy lifting. We were glad we were not there all day as well! Austin did come by to check on us several times while we were there and apologized for being busy when we arrived. It was no problem.
