We had such a positive experience at Schultz Ford; specifically with Isaac Pinckney, Jr. This is the 3rd car we've purchased from Schultz Ford. We always had positive experiences, but this one topped them all. From the first phone call with Isaac all the way through to the end of the process when we received our car, Isaac was very communicative and helpful. He listened to what we were looking for and what our budget was, even checking in with us on his day off to make sure the process was going smoothly. Isaac went above and beyond to ensure we got a fair price for our vehicle and didn't try to upsell us. He and Tyler were able to get us the paperwork that was needed to start the lease process before we even got to the dealer. When all was said and done, we were only at the dealer for a little over an hour and drove away with our new car. That has never happened! Isaac is trustworthy and he was such a pleasure to speak with. We would definitely work with Isaac again when it's time for our next car! More

It was a complete pleasure working with Cal who kept me informed as to the delivery of the car througout the building and shipping stages. I had previously went to a dealership much closer to my home and walked out! Yesterday I picked up my "baby" and it was more beautiful than I even imagined. Cal was with me one and a half hours, setting up the features of the car, connecting my phone, garage door opener, apps. etc. Cal was not only my salesman, I truly consider him my friend.
