A Great Experience I worked with Warner and his team on the purchase of new vehicle that had to be ordered. I was in regular contact during the build of the car and I was pleasantly surprised by the earlier than expected delivery. Even after delivery, I had a few questions and they were all handled professionally. There is a sense at this dealership that everyone works together as a team, which is unlike other dealerships I have encountered. Let me also mention that I had the opportunity to attend one of their training sessions on the Sync system and I was very impressed with the time and care given with everyone. All good. True to their word. I actually found the car I wanted I my own. I found it in their inventory. We negotiated a price over the phone and they honored it. In fact, I found a similar car elsewhere and Schultz gave me their best price. I chose the other one, but it fell through. When I called to see if Schultz still had it, they did. BUT, when they re-ran the numbers (because I went from September to October?), it went DOWN $250. They didn't have to give that to me. We had agreed on the other price. They didn't even had to tell me about it. They did. True story. I would guess most other dealers would not have done that. More
