All I kept getting was the rhetorical jargon of “these trucks are rare, thus the extra premium” and I wasn’t even directed to speak to sales managers who could actually negotiate a deal. When Victor answered the phone at Schultz at about 6:58 pm (closing time), he was very polite, took down my information and said I’ll get back to you when/if we have the truck. Sure enough the next morning he pulled through; he had found us the truck at a FAIR price and we made the deal on the spot. We did almost all the paperwork (lease, insurance, DMV) over the phone and he texted me with updates throughout the day as they were preparing the truck for pickup. Victor, my family thanks you so much for helping us find the dream truck and for making the whole sale experience as seamless as possible. We truly appreciate you.
