I have to thank Nathalie an Tomm for the purchase of my new vehicle. My situation was nearly impossible an they got me out of my vehicle an into a brand new vehicle, even an upgrade with lots of more equip new vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealer the gentlemen (Jim, especially Doug, and Joseph) were extremely professional and to the point. I don't like to waste my time or anyone elses. We got straight to the po especially Doug, and Joseph) were extremely professional and to the point. I don't like to waste my time or anyone elses. We got straight to the point (exchange saturn 2009 for a 2012 equinox). The men were very professional and they made my exchang/trade worth while. I was able to upgrade my car to a more equipt vehicle and the paper work and the whole process of financing a new car seamless (exactly 3 hours to test drive, draw up paper work, clean new car and gas it up, and sign paper work....) I was extremely pleased with their professionalism. I highly recommend Crane Chevrolet! More
