Joe is the finance person, Ralph was our saleman. They were very helpful,professional,courteous and spent as much time with my husband and I that was needed. Even from the initial calls to Crane to schedule my appointment, I was impressed. In speaking with Janine, she was courteous and friendly. My pleasant experience with the initial communications was what made my decision to go to Crane and not look elsewhere for a dealership. I made an appointment with Nathalie. She was informative, and knew her stuff. She was also sincere and sensitive to my needs, and to what I could afford. She worked with me to keep my payments within my budget and she gave me the car that I was looking for. She introduced me to the manager who thanked me personally for choosing a car from them. Before we left, she showed me the basics on the dashboard and how to use the latest features. She told me she would call me within the next few days to see how I'm doing with my new car. We all know what a timeconsuming and tiresome process it is in choosing a new car and working on the numbers. Nathalie cared about my valuable time involved.
